Legal Basis for Processing
Where VocalRangeFinder.com processes personal data, it does so on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — server log data (IP address, browser type, page requested) is processed for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and site diagnostics. This processing is proportionate and does not override your fundamental rights.
- Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)) — contact form data (name, email, message) is processed to respond to your enquiry. Without this data, it is not possible to reply to you.

None of this data is transmitted to VocalRangeFinder.com’s server. None of it is stored in any database. None of it is associated with your identity. None of it constitutes personal data held by VocalRangeFinder.com for the purposes of either GDPR or CCPA.
Nance has no access to your voice audio, your range measurements, or your classification results. They cannot be retrieved, reviewed, or deleted on your behalf — because they were never collected by this site.
